Remote access
Remote access 指从常规 campus 或 office network 之外访问服务。在学校语境里，它可能是 homework platforms、class files、email、video sessions 或 research databases。
当 HSYUN火烧云 这样的名称出现在搜索里，问题通常不只是速度。家庭用户还需要知道 client 是否更新、账号是否 active、服务是否适合当前任务。
Route stability
Route stability 描述流量到达某个服务的稳定程度。一条 route 下午可能很快，但晚上家庭网络繁忙时可能变得 inconsistent。
有用的记录应包含 time of day、device type、home router band 和 service target。这比单张 speed test 截图更有解释力。
Client refresh
许多 cloud access tools 依赖 client software 或 subscription lists。如果 client cache 过期，route list 看起来正常，实际连接却可能失败。
更改复杂设置之前，先 refresh client、restart device、确认 account status，并用 mobile hotspot 等第二网络做对照。
